Acceptable Use & Prohibited Products Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to content, designs, manufacturing files, customization requests, listings, products, communications, and other activity submitted to or conducted through TEMBRY.
It applies whether a product is manufactured directly by TEMBRY or through a manufacturing, fulfillment, or other service provider participating in the TEMBRY network.
2. General Rule
You may not use TEMBRY to create, upload, request, list, sell, manufacture, distribute, or facilitate products or activities that violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, create an unreasonable safety risk, or violate this policy.
A product is not automatically permitted merely because a file can be uploaded or technically manufactured.
3. Weapons and Dangerous Items
TEMBRY does not permit products or manufacturing files intended to create or materially facilitate unlawful weapons or dangerous devices.
Prohibited content includes, where applicable:
- Firearms or regulated firearm receivers, frames, or other components whose manufacture or distribution through TEMBRY would be unlawful.
- Machine-gun conversion devices or other products designed to unlawfully alter the firing capability of a firearm.
- Explosive devices, destructive devices, bombs, or products intended to cause an explosion or unlawful destructive effect.
- Weapons or weapon components whose manufacture, possession, sale, or distribution would violate applicable law.
- Products designed primarily to bypass legally required weapon controls, restrictions, or safety mechanisms.
TEMBRY may prohibit additional weapon-related products even where a particular item may be lawful in some jurisdictions if TEMBRY determines that the product presents unacceptable legal, safety, operational, or platform risk.
4. Products Intended to Cause Harm
Users may not submit products specifically intended to injure people, damage property unlawfully, facilitate violent wrongdoing, or enable malicious activity.
TEMBRY may consider a product's design, represented purpose, marketing, instructions, customization, and surrounding circumstances when evaluating its intended use.
5. Illegal Products and Activities
TEMBRY may not be used to facilitate products, transactions, or activities prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Users are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their submissions, products, purchases, possession, and intended use.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload, sell, manufacture, or distribute content that infringes or misappropriates another person's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, or other legal rights.
This includes unauthorized commercial use of protected characters, logos, artwork, branded designs, photographs, models, or other protected material.
Intellectual property complaints may also be handled under TEMBRY's Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
7. Counterfeit and Deceptive Products
TEMBRY may not be used to create or sell counterfeit goods or products designed to falsely represent themselves as genuine products from another person, creator, manufacturer, or brand.
Listings must not intentionally misrepresent a product's origin, creator, materials, capabilities, certification, condition, or affiliation.
8. Fraud and Platform Abuse
Users may not use TEMBRY for fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, identity deception, manipulation of creator earnings, unauthorized transactions, or attempts to circumvent platform safeguards.
Users may not intentionally interfere with TEMBRY's manufacturing controls, payment controls, account security, routing systems, technical safeguards, or other platform protections.
9. Malicious Digital Content
Users may not knowingly submit malware, malicious code, corrupted files intended to cause harm, or content designed to compromise TEMBRY, manufacturing equipment, service providers, other users, or connected systems.
Attempts to exploit or obtain unauthorized access to TEMBRY systems, accounts, manufacturing infrastructure, or connected equipment are prohibited.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Users may not publish or misuse another person's sensitive personal information without lawful authorization.
Do not place passwords, credentials, private keys, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive information inside manufacturing files or public listings.
11. Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
TEMBRY strictly prohibits content or products involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual content involving minors, or material that unlawfully exploits another person.
TEMBRY may report suspected illegal exploitation or abuse to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
12. Hateful or Terrorist Activity
TEMBRY may prohibit products or content used to promote, materially support, recruit for, or facilitate terrorist organizations or unlawful extremist violence.
TEMBRY may also restrict products whose primary purpose is to promote hatred or violence against people based on legally protected characteristics.
13. Regulated and Safety-Critical Products
Certain products require specialized testing, licensing, certification, regulatory clearance, quality systems, or professional oversight before they can safely or lawfully be manufactured or sold.
Unless TEMBRY expressly approves an appropriate program for them, creators should not use TEMBRY to offer products represented as:
- medical devices or products intended to diagnose or treat disease;
- prescription-drug or controlled-substance products;
- critical aviation, automotive, or transportation safety components;
- certified personal protective or life-safety equipment;
- structural components requiring regulated engineering approval;
- electrical safety devices requiring mandatory certification; or
- other products for which failure could reasonably create a serious risk of death or severe bodily injury.
TEMBRY may require documentation, testing, certification, professional review, or other safeguards before permitting a regulated or safety-critical product.
14. Product Claims
Creators may not make materially false or misleading claims about a product's safety, performance, testing, certification, materials, compatibility, origin, or intended use.
A creator must not represent a product as approved, certified, tested, or endorsed by TEMBRY or another organization unless that statement is accurate and authorized.
15. Age-Restricted Products
TEMBRY may prohibit or restrict products that are subject to age-based sales, possession, shipping, or distribution requirements.
TEMBRY may require additional age verification or other controls before supporting a category that is lawfully age-restricted.
16. Manufacturing Safety
TEMBRY may reject a design that appears likely to damage manufacturing equipment, create an unreasonable manufacturing hazard, require unsupported materials or processes, or otherwise fall outside approved manufacturing capabilities.
TEMBRY may modify manufacturing parameters where reasonably necessary for production, provided the modification does not improperly alter the creator's underlying intellectual property or materially misrepresent the ordered product.
17. Review and Enforcement
TEMBRY may review listings, manufacturing files, customization requests, transaction information, or related activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, secure the platform, or comply with law.
Depending on the circumstances, TEMBRY may:
- reject or remove a listing;
- pause or cancel manufacturing;
- prevent a product from being routed to a manufacturing provider;
- request additional information or documentation;
- restrict or suspend an account;
- cancel or refund an affected transaction where appropriate;
- preserve relevant records; or
- take other reasonable action permitted by law and TEMBRY's policies.
18. Reporting a Prohibited Product
If you believe a TEMBRY listing or product violates this policy, contact TEMBRY and provide enough information to identify the product and explain the concern.

19. Changes to This Policy
TEMBRY may update this policy as supported product categories, manufacturing capabilities, platform features, or applicable legal requirements change.
The "Last updated" date will be revised when this policy is updated.
20. Relationship to Other TEMBRY Policies
This policy supplements the TEMBRY Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy, and other applicable TEMBRY policies.
Nothing in this policy authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable law or limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
